Privacy Policy — MCC0207 Digital Marketing

This policy covers the internal tool MCC0207 Digital Marketing (OAuth app “MCC0207 Digital Marketing”), which manages Google Ads Search campaigns through the Google Ads API. Last updated: 20 October 2026.

What data is processed

When the owner of a Google Ads account explicitly grants access, the tool processes through the Google Ads API:

The tool does not work with accounts that have not explicitly granted access. It has no public pages that collect visitor data and no sign-up form.

Purpose

The data is used only to create, change and monitor advertising campaigns in the authorized accounts and to prepare reports about their performance.

Storage and sharing

Retention

The token is kept only while the tool needs it for authorized work. After access is revoked, operations in that account stop. Earlier reports and the log of completed operations may be kept to check what was done. You can request deletion of stored data by email; requests are handled manually by the operator.

Revoking access and your choices

You can revoke OAuth access in your Google Account under Security → Third-party apps & services. Access of an advertising account is removed in Google Ads under Admin → Access and security (remove the manager link or the user access).

To request deletion of data or to stop processing, write to [email protected].
